Plumbing Systems Inspection

Every other year we will check key plumbing areas throughout your home, including toilets, sinks, faucets, tubs, showers, kitchen plumbing, laundry connections, water heater, shut-off valves, drain flow, sump pump and other accessible plumbing components.

Seasonal HVAC Systems Check

Includes two HVAC system checks per year, including thermostat operation, airflow, filter, electrical connections, safety controls, venting, refrigerant level, burners, blower and overall system performance. Owner-supplied filter required for filter replacement. Refrigerant/Freon, parts, repairs and replacement equipment are not included.

Sewer Line Camera Inspection

Includes a sewer camera inspection every other year through an accessible cleanout to help identify potential sewer line concerns before they become larger problems. An accessible cleanout is required for this service.

How much does the Home Service Plan cost?

The plan is just $17.50 per month—an easy way to stay on top of your home’s care.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, the plan includes a simple 1-year commitment so we can consistently care for your home throughout the year.

How does billing work?

Billing is monthly and set up through a credit card or checking account to keep things easy and hassle-free.

Will my plan renew automatically?

Yes, your plan will automatically renew so you can continue enjoying uninterrupted care, unless you choose to cancel according to the plan terms.

Can I transfer my plan if I move?

In most cases, yes! Your plan can be transferred to your new home.

What’s not included in the plan?

While the plan covers routine inspections and maintenance, things like parts, repairs, refrigerant (Freon), and equipment replacement aren’t included.

What happens if you find an issue?

If we do find something that needs attention, we’ll walk you through it and provide a clear quote before any work is done—no surprises.
